Clarendon Road is a 'Good' school with a strong sense of community and up to 354 pupils on roll.
We are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work alongside the teachers in the school to develop the learning of the children. The roles will be based across school, supporting pupils within EYFS, KS1 and KS2 so we require candidates to be adaptable and willing to meet the needs of our pupils.
The successful candidate will contribute to raising standards and supporting the emotional development of the pupils and will deliver a range of activities linked to phonics, reading, writing and mathematics.
We are looking for experience of:
Phonic and early reading teaching
Knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum
SEMH support including Zones of Regulation
The ability to support colleagues
Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
Willingness to be part of the team and go above and beyond
