Working Hours: Part Time, 32.5 per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 - 3.30 with a 30 minute unpaid break

Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience
Salary: 26,403 - 27,269 pro rata. The actual salary is based on 38 weeks pa, part time hrs
Start Date : 23rd February 2026
The successful candidate will work in our SEMH Resource Provision under the direction of the SEMH Class Teacher.
The pupils in the RP work in the provision and access mainstream classes for some lessons.
Across a day you could be working with pupils 1-1 or in small groups and supporting pupils to access learning in mainstream classes.
About the Candidate
Relationships are key for our Resource Provision pupils, therefore the successful candidate needs to be active and willing to join in with pupils activities during lessons and free time.
They need to model the behaviours that we wish to see from our RP pupils, and support and encourage expected behaviours through positive praise.
This role does have the potential to become a permanent position.
