Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in the morning and undertake ELSA( Emotional Literacy Support) across school in the afternoons.

Salary:

Grade 4 point 12- 17 27,711- 30,060 (21,010 - 22,792)

1st September 2025



The governors wish to appoint a dedicated and hard-working Teaching Assistant and ELSA practitioner at Hodge Clough Primary School .

The successful candidate will:

Have high expectations of all pupils and is committed to developing their full potential. Be professional at all times and be a team player. Be positive, inspirational and self motivated. Manage their ELSA case load effectively. Have a sound knowledge of working with young children and those with special educational needs. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
