We are seeking to appoint a motivated and creative Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within Lum Head's new nursery provision and be a part of our dedicated EYFS team. This role also involves supporting children with SEND within the classroom and the planning, delivery and evaluation of intervention programs.
The Head teacher and governors of this friendly and successful school would like to appoint a Level 3 nursery teaching assistant who:
Have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people;
Enjoy working with children;
Have high expectations for the children and have a proven track record of helping children to make excellent progress;
Set high levels of standards and behaviour;
Have experience of supporting teaching and learning within EYFS and nursery provision
Have experience in delivering targeted intervention support;
Have excellent organisational skills and enjoy a challenge;
Has a thorough understanding of the needs of young children, especially those with Special Educational Needs such as ASD and Autism;
Can work well in a team;
Is kind and friendly and clear about expectations.
