We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as a Teaching Assistant



The successful candidate will:



Mentoring, supporting and inspiring learners by supporting them with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition and outreach and through outdoor activities Assist with the preparation of learning material and contributing to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management Daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning Interaction with parents/care givers on a regular basis

Our ideal candidate will have:



A committed and passionate view of students with SEND At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision A level 3 TA qualification is advantageous
