Teaching Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to support students aged 11-16 in a diverse inner-city girls' community school. You'll play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with special educational needs in the classroom Help create an inclusive learning environment Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support Foster positive relationships with students and staff

Requirements:

Strong literacy and numeracy skills Effective communication skills Experience working with young people (aged 11-16) A commitment to inclusion and equality in education
