Your Role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

Provide essential support to the Year 1 class teacher, assisting with planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Foster a positive learning environment by implementing behavior management strategies and promoting positive social interactions among students.

Provide one-on-one and small group support, tailoring activities to individual abilities and facilitating student progress and achievement.

Assess and record students\' progress, ensuring accurate data collection and maintaining comprehensive records to inform future planning.

Collaborate with the teaching team to create and maintain a visually stimulating and well-organized classroom environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, showcasing your knowledge and expertise in supporting primary school learners.

Previous experience working in a Year 1 setting or early years education would be highly advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

A caring and patient nature, with a genuine passion for helping young children reach their full potential.

Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work, ensuring the smooth running of classroom activities.
