Teaching Assistants

We're looking for caring, adaptable individuals who can make a real difference in the classroom, whether supporting individual pupils, small groups, or assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences. Assisting pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum. Helping maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Providing pastoral care and encouragement to students throughout the day.

We're Looking For:

Experience working with children (school-based or other relevant settings). A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills. A genuine passion for education and supporting young people. (Desirable) Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
