The ideal candidate will have: A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
