About Us

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team to support a child with a higher level of needs within the school environment, to help them access the curriculum and to support them during the school day and at playtimes.



The post will be under the guidance and support of the class teacher and the special educational needs co-ordinator. You will work closely with the class teacher to maximise access to all areas of the curriculum and will be part of a friendly and supportive team of teaching assistants.



Ideally, you would have experience in a school environment working with children with special educational needs; but this is not essential. It is however important that you enjoy working collaboratively and have good communication and organisational skills. You will need to be flexible in your approach.



The role will also include midday meal supervision.



This is a permanent position initially in KS1 although this could change in the future. You will initially be based at our Littlehaven site in Hawkesbourne Road Horsham RH12 4EH.
