Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Work with small groups and individual pupils to support learning
Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), where required
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Prepare learning materials and resources
Support behaviour management in line with school policies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to support pupils with additional needs
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable (but not essential):
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
SEN experience (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs)
