About this Role
Mayflower Community Academy have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, dedicated and creative Teaching Assistant, to join our outstanding team. The successful Teaching Assistant will be enthusiastic, a good team player and committed to supporting the learning of pupils.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
Have experience of working within a primary school or early years setting
Can build relationships with and nurture pupils to enable positive educational outcomes
Experience implementing positive behaviour strategies
GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade C/4 or above
Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working
NVQ2/3 or equivalent or working towards the qualification is desirable
