Key responsibilities:
Deliver
tailored support to pupils
under the direction of the Classroom Teacher
Coach and support pupils' learning by supervising and assisting them in
1:1 sessions and small groups
Help pupils engage across a variety of
learning activities and interventions
Supervise pupils during lunchtime,
ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment both in the dining hall and playground
Work collaboratively
with staff to ensure pupils have access to the resources they need to succeed
About You:
A
confident communicator
with strong written and verbal skills
Educated to a
minimum Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
Highly motivated, energetic and reflective
with a passion for helping pupils and building positive relationships with both students and parents/carers
