Primary Teaching Assistant
to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Rainham. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference, supporting pupils to achieve their potential in a positive learning environment.Key responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions Contribute to a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment Support pupils' social, emotional, and communication development
Candidate requirements:
Experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting, preferably with SEN Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification preferred Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with pupils Confident team player committed to supporting pupil progress
