Our 3 - 11 Primary Academy is part of a Multi-Academy trust consisting of four Primary and three Secondary Academies. With all the Academies providing quality education and working collaboratively with multi-agencies to secure excellence in all aspects of its work.


We are seeing to appoint a suitably qualified, ambitious and talented professional to support in the day to day provision of the integrated resource at Maltby Manor Academy.

The ideal candidate will:

Be fully aligned to our vision and key drivers; Have a true growth mindset and solid work ethic; Be 100% committed in supporting the Academy to uphold the highest expectations; Work proactively with other colleagues and leaders; Have the ability to engage, inspire and build excellent relationships with staff and students; Possess excellent organisational skills; Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills; Have the knowledge and experience of the context in which Maltby Manor Academy operates; Be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
