We are seeking to recruit an inspirational Teaching Assistant to join our team at Elements Academy, Dinnington. The successful candidate will also work at our Elevate provision in Herringthorpe.
The successful candidate will support colleagues to provide positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement, supporting transition and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence.
