About this Role




We are seeking to appoint a full time, term time, committed and motivated teaching assistant at Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy. Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy is part of the Ormiston Academies Trust.


The role is offered working 37 hours per week, Term Time plus 5 INSET days, Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 3.30pm.

About you




As a teaching assistant, you will consistently deliver high-quality learning opportunities to our students, ensuring standards of behaviour, engagement and achievement are evident at all times. To succeed in this role you will have good general subject knowledge, resilience, the ability to communicate, engage and relate to young people and establish positive professional working relationships. An awareness of, and commitment to, safeguarding practices and behaviour management strategies is essential.
