We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

Teaching Assistant

secondary school in Hastings

. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the classroom and gain valuable experience in education.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who need extra help Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment Assist with preparation of learning materials and classroom resources Support students with additional learning needs (SEN) where required

Requirements:

Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred but not essential) A positive, patient, and proactive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
