We are currently recruiting a calm, patient, and dedicated

Teaching Assistant

to join a

specialist SEN school in the Chichester area

. This role involves supporting pupils with additional needs within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.


As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching and support staff to provide consistent, individualised support to pupils throughout the school day. You will play a key role in helping students feel safe, supported, and engaged in their learning, adapting your approach to meet a range of educational and emotional needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Confidence supporting pupils within the classroom A proactive and resilient attitude
