Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Experience

: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role is desirable but not essential - your passion for education is what matters most!

Qualifications

: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is a plus, but we welcome candidates with relevant experience or a strong desire to work in education.

Skills

: Strong communication, patience, and the ability to connect with students and staff.
