Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support educators in delivering high-quality education to students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, including autism. This role is pivotal in creating an inclusive learning environment and fostering the academic and social development of students.

Duties



Assist teachers in planning and implementing educational activities tailored to individual student needs. Provide support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can fully participate in classroom activities. Mentor and tutor students, helping them understand lesson content and improve their skills. Communicate effectively with both students and educators to facilitate a positive learning atmosphere. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop strategies that enhance the educational experience for all students. Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and other activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, providing feedback to teachers as necessary.

Experience



Previous experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs or autism, is highly desirable. Background in tutoring or mentoring roles is advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with students and staff. A genuine interest in education and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 100.00-110.00 per day
