Role Overview:
As a TA, you will be expected to support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, working with pupils both individually and in groups. Your role will include:
Leading small group or 1:1 interventions
Providing feedback to pupils on their progress
Helping to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Supervising pupils during lunchtime and breaks as needed

Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally within a primary or secondary school setting.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Excellent communication skills and a team player.
A patient, calm, and flexible approach to working with children.

Grade 3 Scale Point 4 (24,404 - including Crawley Weighting, this will be pro-rata, TTO)
