What You'll Be Doing

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting young children to feel confident, happy, and engaged in their learning. Your role may include:


Providing 1:1 support, building positive relationships, and encouraging pupils to reach their full potential. Assisting small groups to reinforce key learning and celebrate progress. Helping the class teacher with activities, resources, and maintaining a fun, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. Supporting children with additional needs (SEN and SEMH), helping them feel included and valued. Encouraging independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about education and supporting young children. You don't need years of classroom experience--what matters most is your enthusiasm, patience, and ability to connect with pupils.


You'll also need:


A positive, flexible approach when working in different schools and year groups. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
