Teaching Assistant - Inspiring Learning in East London

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our client. Your role will be instrumental in supporting students across Key Stages 1-4 to access the curriculum, develop key skills, and foster a love of learning.

You will:

Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to individual students and small groups. Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment. Support students with diverse needs, including those with SEND or EAL. Provide pastoral care and encourage student well-being and confidence.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a motivated, compassionate individual with a genuine desire to make a difference. While previous experience is advantageous, it is not essential; we welcome applications from those eager to begin a rewarding career in education.

You should have:

A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to get one) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork. Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Pay: 95.00-105.00 per day

Monday to Friday No weekends
Work Location: In person
