The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our client. Your role will be instrumental in supporting students across Key Stages 1-4 to access the curriculum, develop key skills, and foster a love of learning.
You will:
Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to individual students and small groups.
Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Support students with diverse needs, including those with SEND or EAL.
Provide pastoral care and encourage student well-being and confidence.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a motivated, compassionate individual with a genuine desire to make a difference. While previous experience is advantageous, it is not essential; we welcome applications from those eager to begin a rewarding career in education.
You should have:
A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to get one)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Pay: 95.00-105.00 per day

Monday to Friday
No weekends
