About the Teaching Assistant Role:
Supporting students with physical disabilities and additional learning needs Assisting in the delivery of tailored learning plans Providing emotional and behavioral support to students Working alongside teachers and therapists to enhance student progress Encouraging student independence and confidence
Requirements for this Teaching Assistant role:
A passion for working with children with SEN Patience, resilience, and adaptability Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant- desirable but not essential
