What you'll be doing:
Supporting pupils with SEMH, autism and complex needs both in and out of the classroom
Assisting with learning activities, behaviour support and personalised interventions
Helping create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment
Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to meet individual pupil needs
Who we're looking for:

Strong team players with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
SEMH experience is desirable but not essential -- full training and support are available

Pay: 13.68-15.00 per hour
