As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enriching educational experience for all students. The School is looking for those who are happy and confident to work across all key phases, either providing one-to-one or entire class support.
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant that has:
- Prior experience working with children
- Qualification in education studies or similar
- The ability to develop good relationships with pupils.
- To have worked/volunteered in the last 2 years for efficient references
- Establish a caring, inclusive environment with a focus on developing the whole child.
- Be passionate about achievement for every child and committed to ongoing professional learning.
