The successful candidate will:Be proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude Be dedicated to creating a fun and engaging learning environment while remaining attentive and responsive to each child's individual needs Demonstrate flexibility in supporting learning across the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 - whether in the classroom, small groups or one-to-one settings Be dependable, professional and resilient under pressure Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills, both written and verbal - this is a key requirement
