Classroom Support Assistant - Gainsborough and Surrounding Areas

Right Education is working with schools across Gainsborough and nearby villages to find flexible, proactive teaching assistants ready to make a difference. Whether you're experienced or just starting out in education, this is a chance to support children's learning while building your own skills.

You'll have the option to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 depending on your strengths, availability and the needs of local schools.

In this role, you'll be:

Supporting learning activities across the primary curriculum Providing one-to-one or group support to pupils with different needs Helping manage classroom behaviour and daily routines Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons

You might be a great fit if you:

Have experience working with children or young people (in school or other settings) Are patient, adaptable, and confident in a classroom environment Have a clear DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply Are open to short-term or long-term work depending on school needs

Pay: 13.69-14.07 per hour

Work Location: In person
