Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support educators and students within a dynamic learning environment. Duties



Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs, including those with disabilities or autism. Support students with special educational requirements by providing personalised assistance during classroom activities. Facilitate one-on-one tutoring and mentoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives. Help organise classroom materials and resources to ensure an effective learning environment. Support behavioural management strategies and promote positive behaviour among pupils. Foster inclusive participation by encouraging students to engage actively in lessons and social interactions. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members regarding student progress and needs. Assist in monitoring student progress and documenting observations for review.

Experience



Prior experience working with children in educational or care settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education principles, particularly working with children with disabilities or autism, is advantageous. Experience in tutoring or mentoring roles demonstrates strong communication skills and patience. Familiarity with behaviour management techniques and inclusive teaching strategies is beneficial. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children, demonstrating empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
