Wivelsfield Primary School and Nursery has a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant for approximately 29 hours/week to start in Jan 2026. Ideally you will work 8.40am - 3.15pm but we can be flexible, and job shares will be considered.
Situated in the heart of Wivelsfield Green, near both Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, the school is single form entry. It benefits from spacious modern premises, with extensive grounds, and is a very popular, oversubscribed school. We pride ourselves on being friendly and welcoming with a strong 'community ethos'.
This role can be in either KS1 or KS2. If you were to work in KS1 good knowledge of teaching phonics would be an advantage.
