dedicated Teaching Assistants

to join our specialist SEMH school in Woking. We have opportunities across

Primary and Secondary settings

What You'll Do



Support pupils with SEMH and additional needs in the classroom and during activities. Build positive, trusting relationships to help students feel safe and engaged. Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and interventions. Promote independence, emotional regulation, and social skills. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment following safeguarding procedures.

What We're Looking For



Experience working with children or young people with SEMH/SEND (preferred but not essential). Resilient, empathetic, and able to manage challenging behaviour calmly. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

DBS on the Update Service

(essential).
