Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support educators and students within our educational setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive learning environment, assisting with classroom activities, and providing personalised support to pupils with diverse needs. Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects. Assist pupils with their learning activities, ensuring they understand instructions and complete tasks successfully. Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, including those with autism and other disabilities. Foster an inclusive classroom environment by promoting positive behaviour and social interaction among pupils. Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources to enhance learning experiences. Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers or specialised staff as required. Support pupils during break times, lunchtimes, and extracurricular activities to ensure their safety and engagement.

Qualifications

Experience with children or in educational settings is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pupils, teachers, and parents. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of learners. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: 97.68-120.00 per day
