The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASC
Implement EHCP targets through tailored interventions
Use visual schedules, sensory strategies, and communication tools (PECS, Makaton)
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to ensure holistic support
Foster emotional regulation and independence in a calm, structured environment
