We're currently recruiting enthusiastic and dependable Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across the region. Whether you have classroom experience or transferable skills from youth work, care, tutoring, or similar, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and help every child reach their potential.

??? Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom tasks
• Help pupils stay focused, engaged, and motivated during lessons
• Deliver one-to-one or small group support as needed
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
• Monitor student progress and wellbeing
• Maintain strong safeguarding practices and ensure pupil safety

Requirements:
? What You'll Need:

• Experience working with children or young people (in a classroom, care, youth work, tutoring, sports coaching, etc.)
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
• Legal right to work in the UK and currently living in the UK
