to provide classroom staff forday-to-day cover, short-term supply and longer placements
.Your role may include:
Supporting pupils in the classroom or small-group settings Assisting with literacy, numeracy and general learning support Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs (SEND) Covering lessons and ensuring learning continues smoothly Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff
We're looking for:
Previous experience in a school setting (primary, secondary or SEND) A caring, proactive and flexible approach to supporting learners Strong communication and behaviour management skills A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) TA qualifications, HLTA status or QTS (desirable but not essential)

Pay: 85.00-210.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ashford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred) teaching qualification (preferred)
Work Location: In person
