These roles are ideal for adaptable, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who are confident supporting pupils and working flexibly across different school settings.

Teaching Assistant -

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff to support pupils' learning, development and wellbeing. Responsibilities may include:

Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and activities Working with individuals or small groups of pupils to reinforce learning Providing additional support to pupils with

ALN / SEN

or behavioural needs Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment Supporting pupils' social, emotional and personal development Preparing resources and supporting classroom organisation Supervising pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes or school activities as required Following school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting A good understanding of the UK / Welsh school curriculum (desirable) Experience supporting pupils with ALN / SEN (desirable but not essential) A flexible, reliable and professional approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) EWC registered
