Grade UE07: 40,497 to 48,149 per annum pro rata



CMVM / USHER Institute



Part-time: 7 hours per week



Fixed term: 6 months (1st Sept 2025 to 28th February 2026)





We will also consider requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular (weekly) on-campus working. The Usher Institute expects a minimum of 40% on campus working.


The Master of Family Medicine programme at the Usher Institute within The University of Edinburgh is looking for a Teaching Fellow to join our dynamic team delivering our innovative online distance learning programme to international students.





The Opportunity:



This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of family doctors delivering our pioneering online Master of Family Medicine programme. Our student population is diverse and international, with a focus on students from low- and middle-income countries. As a Teaching Fellow you will work closely with our team to design and deliver online teaching. You will engage closely with our community of learners providing reaching, supervision, mentorship and student support. There are many opportunities to develop yourself as an educator and to engage in other international projects linked to family medicine.
