We are seeking a Teaching Fellow to join the dynamic education team in the Dept of Surgery & Cancer in the Faculty of Medicine.
What you would be doing

You will be supporting the three one year intercalated BSc's in biomedical topics: BSc in Anaesthesia & Critical Care; a BSc in Cancer Frontiers; a BSc in Surgical Design, Technology & Innovation.; as well as some teaching responsibilities to the BSc Medical Biosciences programme. Whilst you will support the academic team in each BSc, the primary focus will be our iBSc in Cancer Frontiers. As part of your teaching support you will provide strategic curriculum design expertise across our portfolio of undergraduate programmes. You will be working collaboratively with our academic leads, education support staff, and a team of creative digital learning professionals to create blended modules with a proportion of remote delivery.
What we are looking for

o Degree in a Biomedical Science related subject; a PhD would be desirable. o Experience in teaching innovation and the production of different learning materials, along with its associated evaluation and management o Experience of web-based technologies in the delivery of teaching and learning resources.
