Are you an experienced educator with a background in health systems and a passion for supporting students in their academic journey? We are seeking a

Teaching Fellow / Senior Teaching Fellow

to join the Department of Primary Care and Public Health at Imperial College London, delivering and coordinating high-quality education in public health. This is a full-time maternity cover post based at our White City Campus until June 2026.

What you would be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for delivery of in-person and virtual learning material, project and activities for teaching. You will be required to independently deliver teaching sessions as well as to support other staff members to lead different modules and develop teaching materials, practical sessions and assessments. You will also play a key role in course administration, module coordination, and supporting the wider educational strategy of the School of Public Health.

What we are looking for

Proven experience teaching public health or health systems in a higher education setting A postgraduate qualification in a related discipline and appropriate teaching qualification (e.g. HEA Fellowship) Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly, independently and collaboratively in a dynamic academic environment Experience using Virtual Learning Environments and a strong interest in technology-enhanced learning Familiarity with student-centred teaching strategies and providing effective feedback
