enthusiastic Teaching Assistants

to join their

Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

classrooms and play a key role in supporting pupils with SEND.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide tailored

1:1 and small group support

for pupils with SEND, helping them thrive both academically and personally. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to build a

positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

. Assist in the delivery of

interactive and creative lessons

that spark curiosity and learning.

Observe, assess, and track pupil progress

, offering meaningful feedback to staff and families. Reflect on your role and actively seek opportunities to

develop your skills and grow

professionally.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in a

primary school setting

. Experience supporting children, backed by

reliable references

. An

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

, or willingness to obtain one. Reside locally or have the ability to

commute to Brent/Neasden

.
