At Econic we are innovators and changemakers. Driven by our mission to see our technology on the shelves all over the world. We are wildly ambitious! To achieve this, we need to be adaptive, support each other, collaborate, communicate, and stay positive (even when things are tough). It's going to be hard work, but we're invested in this journey because we have a strong sense of purpose and want to make a positive difference in the world, as a team.
What do we hold dearly? Our values: safety, integrity, excellence, and sustainable innovation, as well as diversity of thought. Most importantly we want everyone to share in our success, celebrating our wins (as well as the failures). What does that mean in practice? We are a no-blame culture. At the same time, we hold ourselves accountable, own our mistakes, and learn from them.
We want everyone we engage with (employees, customers, potential talent/candidates, investors, and more) to experience Econic in the same brilliant way -- no matter who you are, where you are, which team you're on, or what you do.
We're proud to pioneer the transformation of CO? into high-performance materials that shape a better future for all.
