Job Description

Are you passionate about the emotional wellbeing of children and young people?



If so, the Wiltshire Mental Health Support Team are looking for an administrator to lead on supporting the administration of Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNA) for BSW CAMHS, alongside complimenting our current administration team providing support to the Wiltshire MHST.



We are a friendly and welcoming team which consists of a Clinical Lead Psychologist, Clinical Team Manager, Deputy Team Managers, Supervisors, Education Mental Health Practitioners and administrators.



Monitor statutory deadlines (e.g., six-week timeframe) and send communications to relevant professionals.



Coordinate communication between clinicians, local authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the assessment process.



Track progress and maintain data integrity to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.



Calling young people or parents / carers to book in appointments and to ensure correct outcome measures are completed in advance of appointments where possible.



Process new referrals and accurately record patient information and treatment on a spreadsheet.



Answering telephone calls and taking accurate messages for clinicians.
