Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Assist in maintaining accurate Health & Safety records
Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
Update and manage stock registers and inventory records
Provide support in document control and compliance tracking
Answer phone calls, emails, and support other office personnel when required
Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of daily office operations
Customer Relationship Support, including; helping prepare customer correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-up communications.
Support with preparing purchase orders and obtaining supplier quotations
Assisting team with procurement administrative tasks.
Provide general assistance to management team, including; liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on behalf of management, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on tasks.
Requirements:
IT literate - proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work to deadlines
Previous office experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
Pro-active nature
Good collaborative skills.
