Are you an organised and motivated professional looking for a rewarding administrative role within the education sector? West Berkshire Council is seeking a Team Administrator & FAP Clerk to provide essential administrative support to the Education Welfare Team and the Fair Access Panel.
About the Role
As the Team Administrator & FAP Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries related to education welfare and fair access. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the Senior Education Welfare Officer and the Fair Access Panel
Handling incoming enquiries and correspondence
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Arranging meetings and taking minutes
Processing applications and requests
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
