We are seeking a professional administrator who has a keen eye for detail who will enjoy working in a small, but dedicated team, to support our thriving facilities management business by providing an exceptional service to Landmarc and our customer.

Shifts run between:

08:00 - 16:00 from Monday and Tuesday.

Hours of work:

15 hours per week

- occasional travel will be required to support offices at Lydd Camp, Lydd, Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 9JR

Main Responsibilities

Maintaining document recording Purchase Order and Work Order processing Data capture and input Uploading documents Note-taking during meetings Answering incoming telephone calls Provide cover as required for Reception duties Provide support for other Administrative roles Vehicle & Plant Maintenance bookings Travelling to Lydd to support in annual leave

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent Office and Administration skills Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages Good level of numeracy and literacy skills Experience of note / minute taking

About the Company

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
