We're looking for a Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Assistant team, including the Executive Board of Directors, while also taking ownership of several key business areas independently.

Key Responsibilities as a Team Assistant:



Managing inboxes and handling email correspondence Calendar and diary management for senior leaders Preparing professional correspondence and documentation Handling incoming calls and messages Attending and supporting team meetings Processing director's expense claims Reconciling credit card statements Booking travel and accommodation Assisting with internal and external events

What We're Looking For





We're seeking someone with a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset. You'll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.


Experience & Knowledge:




Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or team assistant role Proficient in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams) Experience in diary management and office administration Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
