The Role




The Marine Team Assistantwillprovide administrative support to the Marine team on the day to day running of the business.

This role is a fixed term maternity cover contract for 6 months and will involve 3 days of working from the office.



Key Responsibilities



Marketing and client events e.g.assistwith the arrangement ofspecial eventsand market seminars, including the RHL Course. Sending out meeting communications Document creation e.g. preparation / proof-reading of reports,lettersand general communications with clients Build strong relationships with Adjusters, Internalstakeholdersand external clients, whereappropriate, and proactively follow up on related queries / issues. Perform other support activities and provide generalassistanceto adjusters to ensure the efficient running of the team. Travel management e.g. co-ordinating travel arrangements Managing and monitoring of Time-bars. Urgent case creation and managementwithin Charle Taylors system: Produce case related MI, asrequired Inclusive of sanction checking and completing snow tickets Liaising with billing and treasury team Carry out Ad Hoc duties and tasks that areallocatedto you at the discretion of management and that are within your capabilities and within the scope of your post. Required Skills



Previousexperience providing administration / secretarial / PA support in a corporate environment. A great teamplayer, who is also able to work independently. General secretarial skills, including diary management. Microsoft Office Word and Excel at intermediate/expert level. Demonstrates attention to detail and a desire to get things done Right First Time. Professional and responsive approach. Proactive and efficient. Flexible, with a hands-on approach to getting work done. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated. Results / deadline orientated.
