The Role





This role is for a Team Assistant, based in London. This role will report into the HR Manager.



You will provide a professional, welcoming presence for visitors and staff, while ensuring the smooth



day-to-day running of the office. Alongside this, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with



recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.



This is a varied, people-focused role where you will become the "go-to" person in the office, helping



colleagues, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring an excellent experience for everyone who comes



through our doors.


The role itself will involve a range of activities including:




Be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the London office, welcoming, professional Interested in making the office experience a unique and fun environment All front of house duties, make sure meeting rooms are well presented, the office has snacks and treats galore ready for any occasion Manage all deliveries and other office requests quickly ensuring excellent client service Proactively look for ways to enhance the office environment and the experience for everyone who comes to the office.


HR Team Support


Support recruitment administration (scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, preparing documentation). Assist with onboarding and induction programmes for new joiners, Be the go-to person for employee engagement activities. Oversee Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) activities across all office locations, helping to coordinate local sustainability and wellbeing Coordinate Long Service Awards (LSA) across all office locations, ensuring employees are recognized and celebrated for their service milestones. Support employees, gifting programmes, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and a positive employee experience. Oversee Deskbird for office attendance and desk bookings Liaise with building management (Fora) and suppliers for facilities and maintenance. Arrange travel for staff (excluding ELT). Reconcile monthly office expenditure (credit card and petty cash).



The Candidate





We are looking for a motivated and people-focused individual who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys being part of an HR team.



The ideal candidate will have the following:




Experience in office support, administration, or HR coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident dealing with people at all levels. IT proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace/Teams); experience with expenses reconciliation desirable. Familiarity with HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, projects) is desirable. Friendly, confident, approachable, bubbly, and professional. Enjoys being the "go-to" person and thrives in a front-facing role. A collaborative team player with a strong customer-service mindset. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions focused. Fully office-based (5 days per week) to provide consistent support
