Role Description
Cuffe & Taylor is one of the UK's top live music, theatre and event promoters. Established for more than 10 years and part of the Live Nation family, they present breath-taking tours, festivals and shows across the UK filling football stadiums, arenas, theatres and major historical sites.
Cuffe & Taylor's roster of artists is extensive and varied including Diana Ross, Lionel Richie, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Lewis Capaldi, Sir Tom Jones, Kylie, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Stereophonics, George Ezra, The Strokes, Sam Fender, Def Leppard, Noah Kahan, Alanis Morissette, Stevie Wonder and Justin Timberlake. They also operate a hugely successful theatre touring department across the UK and internationally programming thousands of nights of entertainment ranging from live podcasts, screen-to-stage TV adaptations and musical theatre. In 2023 they were recipients of an Olivier Award, for Best Family Show, for their original production of 'Hey Duggee - The Live Theatre Show'.
The Team Assistant (Outdoor Shows) will be an integral part of the Promoter and Operations team. In this role, the successful candidate will support the process of taking a deal from the offer stage through to the show going on sale. They will act as a key link between departments, directing artists, agents, and tour managers to the appropriate contacts.
Additionally, the Promoter Assistant will provide administrative support to the senior operations team, both in the office and on festival sites.

What the role includes
Assisting the promoters is issuing offer letters; being attentive and accurate with offer terms and conditions.
Issuing itineraries for all shows in a timely manner, paying close attention to detail - an important step in getting a show on sale.
Contracting - reviewing and marking-up artist contracts with the assistance of the Live Nation legal Department.
Screening calls/incoming mail - be an effective gatekeeper; take messages efficiently and accurately; receive visitors.
Assisting the Outdoor Promoter Team with administrative and private office assignments as required.
Director diary management - booking in meetings, hotels, and travel arrangements, where required.
Filing of expense claims on behalf of the Operations Director.
Main point of contact for the Promoters guest ticketing and accreditation requests.
Additional duties as required by business needs and objectives. Some onsite work may be required - event hours can be antisocial.
